I suggest you ...

Can Apiary register a valid SSL cert and support HTTPS only on its UI?

Would be nice to have SSL in place to prevent any snooping (since people are entering their API Keys into the Console).

        Hi Ben,

we are going to work on this in the upcoming month, hopefully with some visible results.

We are just very cautious and doing it step-by-step as it affects everyone.

        Regards,

        Lukas

        Hi Ben,

we definitely plan to do that.

The reason why it isn't in-place yet is that docs are on docs.*.apiary.io, a SSL certificate noone wants to issue. The plan is to move documentation to *.apiary.io and enforce SSL there.

Unfortunately, originally this is where mock & proxy server lived. We have deprecated it for some time, but we are waiting for residual traffic to cease before flipping the switch.

        Thanks for your understanding,

        Lukas
